Food Management, the magazine of the
noncommercial foodservice industry (schools, hospitals,
institutions) wanted to attract advertisers who normally
did not consider the noncommercial foodservice market
as a potential target. This series of 4-color postcards
encouraged potential advertisers to “think big” and
redirect some of their communication efforts toward this
big—and growing—segment of the foodservice
industry.
