How We Work
First, we’ll have coffee with you and a good, productive talk—by
the way, if you come to our office,
we’ll bake fresh chocolate chip cookies. Really good, chewy,
melty chocolate chip cookies …
With you, we’ll carefully examine three marketing perspectives:
yours, ours, and theirs —your audience. We’ll ask lots
of questions. Starting with "Cookies, anyone?"
Your perspective: What
is the current image of your product/company/service? What are your
strong points? Your challenges? Who is your audience? What do you want
to accomplish? What are you doing now? Why do you need help?
Our perspective: We
grew up in this business. Together. We learned how to work effectively;
that is, creatively, on time, on budget. We have the know-how to
bring out the best in your product or service to create a desire
in your audience. We’re the smart partner you deserve to help
your business reach new heights. You do that by raising your expectations—may
we give you a lift?
Their perspective: Who
are you? What are you selling? What will it do for me? Why is it
better than the other guy’s product/service? Can I have a cookie?
